Feeling stressed, sore, or unable to sleep? Try a DIY cannabis bath soak using a trifecta of relaxing bath ingredients: Epsom salts are high in magnesium that absorbs through your skin to relieve muscle tension. CBD may help with relaxation (without any psychoactive effects). Essential oils deepen the relaxation, soothe muscles, and help your skin.

Instructions

For sleep:

In a container, mix together:

For stress:

In a container, mix together:

  • 11/2 - 2 cups Epsom salt
  • One dropper full of Care By Design1:1 CBD Drops 
  • 10 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 7 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops of rose geranium essential oil

For sore muscles:

In a container, mix together:

  • 11/2 - 2 cups Epsom salt
  • One dropper full of Care By Design 1:1 CBD Drops 
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops of citrus essential oil
  • 3 drops of wintergreen essential oil
  • 2 drops of peppermint essential oil

How to use:

Draw yourself a hot bath and let the salt soak blend dissolve while you breathe in the essential oils. Please remember: using oils in your bath will cause it to become slick so use caution.
